Intense sleep paralysis experience

Had a very strange and intense encounter with da sleep demon a few weeks ago... Strange because Ive never actually felt like this b4...

I was in a sorta half asleep state and I could very clearly feel fingers wrapped behind my neck. It was so fucking creepy and I couldn't move. I was attempting to yell or scream or whatever but I could barely get my voice out. 

I couldn't even move and logically, I knew there was no one behind me. I was alone in my room. But, when you feel the sensation of a hand touching you, all rational thought goes out the window and your brain starts conjuring strange scenarios.

I was saying my prayers but this tiktok man voice kept messing me up on purpose.

Anyways, stuffs been chill since... 

Ive started sleeping with my crosses and medallions now.
