I am so upset

I am so upset at myself

I ate so much yesterday, gained 2 pounds from it wtf

I am trying to make up for that today, I didnt eat anything at all and I hope to keep it that way, tomorrow I'm getting a snake bite piercing so thats cool

Not eating anything puts your body in a sort of "storage" mode where it will try to retain itself.
For weight loss, it's recommended to eat no less than 1600 calories (or kcal) per day, regardless of exercise.

Also, keep in mind that there is always a 5 pound wiggle room. Even how much you hydrate can affect your weight in this amount of room.

2 pounds is nothing to worry about and worrying about it may harm your health than not.
