A lot of people say that whichever Final Fantasy you play first is the one you end up liking the most. Does this ring true for you? It does for me, as my first was FF12. It's the first one that always pops into my head when anyone mentions the franchise as a whole. It's hard for me to even imagine Moogles being any different than how they appear in that title.
What was your first Final Fantasy? And is it your favorite?

I played FF1 up until the volcano dungeon in middleschool and FF7 up until I got to the world map in highschool. Now as an adult, I got PR. I beat 1 and am on 2 now.
2 is my favorite so far, but I'm not exactly the demographic that trend applies to so I probably don't count lol

I started with Final Fantasy IV (Final Fantasy II on the SNES) and it's still my favorite.
