So how can I get okay frainds irl?

Hi its Eiden again so almost the school year ended so that means the finals are really close :(. In fall I will need to go to high school and im afraid that im going to have no frainds or some that will end up being shit like most of them do like an extrem exemple a ex fraind gived me a death treat and missgenderd me (they are non binary).
