HI! It’s been a while!

Today was my last real day of my first “job.” I worked as a helper at a preschool, and I think I have probably made about enough money in total from this year to buy food for a month (it was… less than part time. Much less.) It was EXHAUSTING! Fun, I really loved getting to know those babies, but chasing them around is not an easy task. I should’ve been paid billions for that.

I’m off for a month, and then I return in the summer for a month for a final goodbye, and then I’m off to a new job! I hope. I’m thinking something in a library. I’d love to do something with art or animals, but does any of that pay the bills…

Anyway! I hopefully have more time to draw now. I’m really excited for Art Fight (my username is cryptidcassette)! I have definitely not been drawing as much as I would like in a long time, between the exhaustion and crushing art block. I also want to start practicing guitar and music-making more, and…get my driver’s license. I haven’t even gotten my permit yet, yeah I know, lame for a 19-year-old but things have been rough. I hope this will be a new era for me!

My biggest goal right now is just to move out ASAP. Home life really isn’t good, and I only really get opportunities for anything once I’m out of here. And it’s lonely here! All my friends are so far away, I really hope I can see them soon, or at the very least my boyfriend <3 Wish me luck! And buy my crap! If you want. It’s a big help!
