My mom keeps talking to me. I love her, nothing against her, but when I'm overstimulated and want to just be left alone is somehow just when she's constantly talking to me. I feel like if I tell her to be quiet she'd give me shit about me never listening. Dunno what to do

Could u ask to talk abt whatever she needs in 5 mins or however much time? Then u get ur time but u also respect her wanting to talk. If she asks y just b honest if u can :)
Or u could take a shower or bath or smth. I’m not sure since I dont have much info abt u but i hate feeling overstimulated
