Introductions and Salutations

Wooo. First post to SpaceHey. I guess I just wanted to come on here and say hello to everyone out on the internet, mostly the people who have decided to friend me in the past couple of days. As you read from my short about me paragraph, I'm a writer, first and foremost. I even went to school for it, which in hindsight, might not have been the wisest choice, but in my defense, I was 17 when they forced me to choose a school and pick a career.

Anyway, I mostly write screenplays. More specifically, television screenplays. One day, I hope to write them for a full time profession because I like money and money pays for rent and I like living in a house. We'll get there eventually.

On top of that, I also write poetry, short stories, novellas, full length novels, and basically anything else that I can. I hope to just corner the writing market and see what sticks. It's the trick of, let's see what works strategy that hasn't failed me before.

To round out my already hectic life, I'm also an artist and zine maker, so at some point, I feel like I'm just torturing myself. If I didn't love it so much, I would have given up and become a bog witch years ago, but I truly love making art, so I stick with it.

What my blog will be

Honestly, I will probably use this place as a catch all. Sometimes, I'll post poems or snippets of writing I'm working on, other times will just be bad three am thoughts. It'll be the online journal that I need to keep to not go insane.

I will also post zines and artwork. I like posting those on places like here instead of trying to fight for dominance over on Instagram. I also want to just be able to talk to people. The internet has turned into a hellhole, at least most of it, and there are only some places, like here, that actually want to change it back to a simpler time.
