Interview Jitters!

One of the internships I applied to way back finally contacted me! It turns out I don't technically need a summer internship to fulfill academic requirements – I just finished a fantastic one last week (you might remember me blogging about it!). Anyway, we finally did the interview over the phone today. It went well! Just had to clarify that the internship (marketing, which sounds pretty interesting honestly) isn't directly related to my procurement major. More for the experience. Plus, the pay seems more "summer hangout fund" than life-changing, so money isn't a huge motivator.

The only thing is, I might have mentioned a few too many times that I have zero marketing experience. So, not feeling the most confident about getting the offer. But hey, at least I showed them I'm genuinely interested!

Fingers crossed they give me a shot. A summer internship would be way better than spending the next few months glued to my bed! Wish me luck!
