What I usually do is refresh the page. Save what you were doing elsewhere, wait a bit and refresh the page. After that, if anything is lost, you can put it back there and save it.
[This happened to before and it's completly your fault... it's mostly the communication between "you" and spacehey. Don't forget that spacehey is an small project and these types of problems will occur.]
