What are you’re plans for summer break?

♡Am going to try self-care and try to learn Japanese. I also want to practice on my handwriting.😿 Please!!!! Give tips to help me get motivated to actually get a glow up. So far I been working on my hair, skin, and nails but I need a good workout routine.♡

In my experience, it's better you start yoga before moving on with exercises. Yoga is a form of self reflection for me and an amazing way in starting to loosen your body up for any exercise. It's okay if you cant keep up a routine of exercises-they do not have to be extreme. You can walk, dance along, or search in yt some zumba classes hahahah.

For self care, i recommend you read a book that interests you, but if you dislike reading, exploring movies would be amazing too!

Do not divert yourself to excessive social media. Monitor yourself because there are medias that can distract or ruin your "self care" moment.
