crying of exhaustionnnn

unfortunate news of the old ipod, came back after a break to try and restore it since obv idk the passcode but when i connect it to itunes to open the ipod it says i need to unlock it. BRO. im hoping maybe a windows update or something will fix it to prevent me spending moeny somewhere but i mostly hope some tech store or AT&T can help me. its 4am. fuqqqqqqqqqqqq
