Okay, so I'm not gonna lie. The digital marketing space and make money online space is so full of unethical people who PHOTOSHOP their income claims JUST to make a sale.

It's frustrating for everyone trying to make money online!

For example, a legit way to make money online would be any of the following ways.

Teaching People Something You Know A Lot About

This would be like setting up a course (so that you don't have to waste time teaching the same lesson over and over) to teach people how to sew, cook, be a proper parent, etc.

You could even do this by setting up a membership to teach one-on-one or small groups.

Social Media Profile Audits

This is sort of like being a business analyst but for social media profiles.

Imagine an individual who's starting an online business. An auditor would have to review the metrics, evaluate the strategy, and study the content to give you a full scope of how well the business is doing socially.

Yeah. People get paid to do that... without a degree.

Affiliate Marketing

Before home computers with working (somewhat high-speed) internet were common, this was called referral marketing.

A lot of businesses did this to gain more clientele and some still do it today because it works.

HOWEVER...

Thanks to people using and abusing the word "scam", it's hard for any business to participate in referral/affiliate marketing.

Nowadays, the top examples of affiliate marketing are commonly known as a TikTok Shop Affiliate or Amazon Affiliate.

By the way, did you know you can be an affiliate for almost ANY brand? Just saying. (If you're curious, let me know in the comments.)

Being Paid to Create for Businesses and Creators alike

There are websites like Fiverr and Upwork where people can create listings to offer services like:

• Copywriting
• Videography
• Photography
• Media editing
• Ghostwriting

... and so much more.

These are all very easy to get into and don't require a degree... most of the time. That isn't the problem, though. The problem is how to market your products/services.
