How do i start... well, i hate myself im so fat and disgusting i hate myself a lot, im such a fatass but im making it better, i like the idea of my tummy being empty, it feels so nice but my parents wont stop nagging me about this that they want me to eat but its kinda annoying, i just wanna stop eating until im so small and frail, one day i'll be that frail i dont care what i suffer through to get there but i will get there. This is all :D, just needed to vent, if anyone wants to help me with my goal dm me!!(just tell me im a fatass, thats enough to help me)

It's hard to lose weight when you are surrounded by enablers. Do not listen to them. If they knew how to be healthy they would be healthy themselves.
Not eating will help you lose fat but you probably won't keep it off because you will lose motivation if you make yourself miserable.
The best way to approach losing weight is to watch your calorie intake for awhile. Don't change anything. Just track the calories. It takes some getting used to but it gets easier fast because you generally eat the same type of stuff so you will start just knowing how many calories things are. To help track your calories get the myfitnesspal app.
Now that you know how much you are eating a day you can look up how much you should be eating here (https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html)
SLOWLY make your way down to your goal calorie intake.
Eat a lot of filling food so you won't be hungry as often.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Water will take up space in your stomach and make you not as hungry.
I do some light exercise. My Dad is trying to lose weight and he likes to walk. I recommend finding an activity to do that keeps you active. I like to skateboard and play VR.
I highly recommend VR. You can get a Quest 2 for under $200 dollars on ebay these days and if you connect it to a computer via WiFi or a cable you can play a lot of free games on Steam. I like to play volleyball, go to raves and play Just Dance all for free in VRChat. Also there is a VRYoga class in VRChat you can attend almost daily with multiple time slots.
I can sort of relate where you are coming from on the weight subject. I have been fighting tooth and nail to gain weight for the last couple years. It's rough because it's not about how well I do when I'm motivated. It's about consistency. :/
Remember, you are not being paid for this. You are losing weight because you want to improve your quality of life. If you are miserable, don't be as strict for awhile. As long as you stay active and keep at some sort of calorie deficit you WILL lose weight. Also keep in mind that weight fluctuates so don't get discouraged.
Something that keeps me motivated is watching fitness people on youtube. I surround myself with people on the same path as me and instead of seeing their success as unobtainable, I see it as aspirational.
