Finished reading The Housemates by Iain Rob Wright

so confession i actually finished this book a WHILE ago idk how long ago specifically probs a few months ago but i put off updating this blog partially cuz of procrastination or being busy and partially cuz of actually forgetting 2 orz

but heres the update ! lets talk abt the housemates

i liked it im a general fan of reality tv and this was is a style choice i can get behind

i kno "reality tv show where they kill u off when ur eliminated" isnt anything new but as a horror fan i still like it id def seek out more books with a similar premise and theres a lot of interesting directions it can go

id also seek out more books by the author ive looked through some other books hes written and a few sound like something id enjoy

theres only so much i can say abt the story without giving spoilers [and also from what i can remember since its been a while] but what i will say is that while i expected there 2 b a big surprise twist, the actual twist that came up was not what i expected though its one of those things where it seems almost out of nowhere but when u think back 2 certain parts in the story u realize there were little hints along the way. in my case i got 2 these hints but just ignored them 2 focus instead on how weird other competitors were, along the lines of "yea thats a lil shifty but this guys being a total dickhead rn and thats more interesting" as is the case when ive watched reality tv in the past 

anyway im finally gonna get started on the next book soon and hopefully once im done w that one ill update sooner 〒▽〒
