erm.. can I have sum tips :-(

I really want 2 lose weight but like 1, I don't know how to 2, I don't really have a routine and 3, I struggle w/ taking care of myself :((( so like I want actual tips!! Idk if I will listen 2 the tips bc a lot of ppl r probably going to say smth that is unhealthy(sigghh too much wonyoungism accounts that say the most CRAZIEST THINGS make me don't want 2 do anything.) so like if u can pls give me any tips of advice!! I am just really nervous abt just not eating all day route bc I get really anxious when I don't eat that much sometimes!! So yeah lmk ur advice n' tips ^_^ (sorry if it doesn't make sense 2 u I sometimes make no sense when I try to ask for things..)
