my appearance is disgusting

i hate myself i cant look in the mirror it hurts to see myself i want to rip my face off i want to mutilate myself until im unrecognizable because anything would look better than this every time someone sees me i want to scream run away hide myself with my hands nobody in our history has ever been as ugly as i am im disgusted by myself
