Report Blog Entry
Well, one of the places I applied to for a job got back to me today! It's gonna be a normal janitorial job, but if I get it, then hopefully I can start saving up to get out of the country. I got to save up so my kitty can come with me, along with getting a work visa and a place for me and my friend to save.
But this is a big step in the right direction! For now, it's still an interview, but it's the farthest I've ever gotten with a job. I either hope to get this one or any of the daycares I applied to. I want to be the safety net for children that I didn't have as a little girl.
Not much to report again. Still reading my bible. But all it did was just make me realize that it only works if you don't read too much into it.

Why do you want to leave the US?
Thanks to the proposed Project 2025 and the inflated economy, we want a better life than what is being promised for the future. There is no future here in the US.

This is true, but it's not as bad outside the US. Project 2025 proposes to begin enforce the heteronormative family stereotype, begin to crack down on single parenthood and basically go to war with China. If you don't believe me, read it. Just search it up on the internet and it should pop up. Trust me, it's just as bad as people make it sound.

Then don't leave, stay behind and fight. You do know you can vote, right? It'd be foolish to abandon your citizenship when you still have a chance to influence things politically. That, and there are plenty of states that I'm sure would be more welcoming, and most metropolitan areas as well. Don't be so quick to run away, a true American should be willing to die for her ideals.
