What a great question! You must be interested in other extra-canonical texts as well? I collect those, have most everything. The most scholarly and serious translation of First, Second and Third Enoch is found in: The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha by James H. Charlesworth. It's for sale but it's also available for free online at the Internet Archive, the library of the web. Volume One: https://archive.org/details/the-old-testament-pseudepigrapha-vol.-1-charlesworth-1983/mode/2up

At the same site there is also a volume two from Charlesworth. That's got some great stuff in it also, especially The Odes of Solomon, one of the greatest extra-canonical books.
