cloud made my day better <3

Yesterday was just one of those days. It started off pretty rough when my class got sent to the performing arts center for no apparent reason. We're year 10s but they mixed us in with the year 9s, and everyone just took it as a free study period. Most people were just on their phones, but I decided to read my book "Girl in Pieces" instead.

I guess that made me stand out a bit, because some jerk behind me decided to throw a sandwich at my head! I looked back to try and find the culprit, but they must have been quick because I couldn't spot them. That really put me in a sour mood.

When I got home, I told my friend Cloud (his real name is private) about what happened. He's always so caring and asked if I was okay, and told me not to think about it too much. That made me feel a bit better.

Later, Cloud and I met up in VRChat and went to a Japanese karaoke world, just the two of us. I kept begging him to sing a song for me, and he finally gave in and sang "Tokyo Boogie Woogie" by Shizuko Kasagi. His singing was amazing, I was totally in awe! Afterwards, I clapped like crazy and told him how incredible he was.

We messed around more, drawing our favorite characters like Sonic, Mario, and Hello Kitty. Cloud's friend Catburger even joined us at one point. My mom kept interrupting me to do chores though, so I was AFK a lot which was annoying.

But things got better when we played a Japanese horror game in VRChat. It was a little scary but mostly just funny, especially when Catburger "died" and then reappeared, making me think he was a ghost! My game crashed at one point, but when I rejoined Cloud was playing on a Japanese press conference game, so I got on stage and just started saying random stuff while he laughed and recorded me.

We had so much fun chasing each other around with the cameras, and we even took the cutest picture together at the end. I'm so grateful to have a friend like Cloud - he really makes even the bad days better. Plus, I just found out he's born in 2006 and I'm 2008, so we're only a couple years apart! Overall, it ended up being a pretty great day despite the rough start.
