Ways to bind without a binder!!! (trans masc, genderfluid, nonbinary)

Hello!! This is for nonbinaries, trans mascs, and genderfluids, or just someone who wants a flat chest that doesn't have a binder!! I'll go over different binding methods that don't require a binder! Disclaimer: PLEASE DON'T USE ANY TAPE THAT ISN'T MEDICAL SAFE!!


1: Take a bra (that has clips on it) and flip it backwards. Tighten it as tight as you can, without any pain or extreme discomfort. Make sure you can still breathe, and there you go!


2: If you don't have a bra with clips on it, use 2 sports bras! It can be any kind or sports bra. Put one on backwards and put another one over that normally. You can add one more, but never go over 3!!


3: You can take an old swimsuit (one piece, meaning not bikini or tankini) and cut the crotch of it. Put it on and tuck the bottom inwards, or just cut off the bottom. Then roll it up!


4: Take a sports bra and cut the back on it (vertically), making sure the straps are still on the bra. Then, use clips from another bra and sew it on! (clips on one side and hooks on the other). If you don't have clips, use Velcro, or just sew it together. If you just sew it, make it loose enough for you to put it on, or else the sewing will break.


5: Take an old tank-top and put a sports bra over it. Roll up the bottom of the tank-top until it covers the bra!


(I am not guaranteeing that all of these are 100% safe, so please don't assume that all of them are. Just always make sure that they aren't so tight you can't breathe, feel pain, or intense discomfort! If you have any questions, please comment them.)
