I don't know what to put

I really don't know what to put or how to edit this, I really don't know if I should do it as html or if I should change the look of this, but for now that's not important (I would appreciate it if you could help me with this in the comments).

The reason I want to start a blog is because I can't find inspiration to live, my arms are full of cuts again, I feel sick thinking about eating, my grades at school dropped again and I don't know what I'm going to do to save the semester, really my whole life is going to hell, so this is going to be my personal vent (it's very likely that I won't remember and I'll update every thousand year

For the moment I'll be playing with this page to change things here (maybe later I'll change this to English so it stays with my profile).
