does anyone have this too or is this just me??? it happens in like split seconds and ill be super depressed but then ill be perfectly fine its really odd
a lot of times i also get super fatigued and tired i cant explain it very well

I second this notion. As someone with a fair bit of experience living around and possibly with bipolar disorder, it can be a struggle to handle the day-to-day variance in moods.
