cheffed a lil too hard

guys i put my whole soul into dis ;w;

8 rolls of sushi decorated with salmon furikake flakes, avacado and seaweed. there’s an onigiri on the side, drizzled in sauce along with the rest of the sushi.

i read that adding more sushi vinegar would sauce the rice up and it like totally did but like way too hard! so i couldn’t eat the onigiri bc the sauce was just saucin and the rice to food-inside-onigiri ratio was off asf but the SUSHI????? omg guys it was amazing!!!! soooo proud of myself for using the sushi mat correctly -w- 

prolly my best roll yet tbh :3
