i know stalking is obviously a very icky and horrible and yucky thing for someone to have to go through or to do to someone and can be very traumatizing but i mean
if you're OKAY with it, and the other person knows that, is it still bad? i dunno
is it weird to think stalking is okay if its consensual?

Not much is immoral when both parties consent when clear of mind. Stalking included. I wouldn't mind to be stalked by my partner throughout my day.
