Improvement

Something random but I want to do something with myself this summer. There's not much to do but I'm mostly aiming to improve my well being and health. I don't want to sit in bed all day and wait to get ready for work. I want to change my habits and be healthy (not saying I'm not rn I just want to to be better)

Staying motivated is kind of hard tbh especially since I'm not obligated to do ANY of this but feeling better is the goal. I don't want to be stuck in this hole of rotting away forever. Of course these are just words being typed out and no action is being taken yet but getting everything out and realizing what needs to be done helps now I just need to commit.
