diary entry 2 yay!!!!
i got a lot of friend requests today. thanks for the adds everyone :3 hiiiiiii!!!!!!
well i went to bed at 4 am last night which was a mistake but i managed to get over it. i didn't go to church today, instead i slept until 12. so i technically got 8 hours of sleep, but tonight i'm gonna sleep at about midnight or one am. i thought that my class started on monday but it actually starts tuesday and my teacher STILL hasn't responded to my email :c
well i didn't do anything interesting today. me and my friend didn't go shopping which might be for the best. though, i am writing this a little earlier in the day than i normally would. right now it's like 8:42 and i like to write before sleeping so i can get as much info as possible
as for what i actually did today..... i played minecraft and decorated my profile. i really like the gifs i added - i put susie and noelle with the valentines, lancer doing his little dance, and cherub spamton offering his healing gift (??????)
THEYRE SO CUTE i just like looking at my profile. i also put more blinkies in. i wanna make a pretty scroll for stamps next. i think i've always liked collecting and personalizing stuff like bags, because i had a bad when i was like 12 that i loved putting pins on and collecting them....... and i did that in my google doc diary and like IDK i love personalized little tiny things xD
uhmmm i played a lot of minecraft murder mystery. the weird thing is i don't like being the murderer or the detective. i like being one of the innocents. being the murderer gives me a thrill comparable to being on a rollercoaster tbh ITS SO SCARY
they added a new map to the game called cattleridge farm. the parkour area is SUPER big :0 it's neat
omg as soon as i typed this i got to be the murderer in my game and i got two people and lost. idk why its so stresssful. Anyway
speaking of games...........
I got curious as to what irl game Cat Petterz 2 references irl since I knowit does. I know that Pop-Up also references something which I wanna look into tommorrow. So I equipped myself with peppermint hot chocolate for after not a lot of digging i learned it's a reference to Catz which is like a little game from 1997 (spamton year). It looks like it's just a little desktop widget thing, but I know for the time of its release it was a big deal because it was like $20 dollars
I looked more into the Petz series because i could have sworn i had Catz installed on my computer at some point even though the earliest version of windows I ran was like windows 7(i was really upset when my dad made me move to windows 10)
so, DreamJelly made a video about the Petz series which I watched bc i love DreamJelly's content and I saw the game title that I had!! it was called Petz Catz 2. I still have screenshots from when I last played it in 2015. Meaning my cats have been left alone there for 10 years. which made me feel AWFUL.
anyway, i didn't really wanna load up my game (oops) since i played it last so long ago but DreamJelly didn't play it in their video. so that was a bust
i guess tommorrow i'll load up the game and compare it to deltarune, but i don't think it's the exact same. it's as close as most people can get since it is on steam. it also came out in 2007, ten years after 1997, which i think is very interesting....... (it's does not mean anything) It also makes me feel very cool bc Yeah I DID play the Actual Cat Petterz 2 when i was a kid. I am actually noelle holiday

All i remember from me playing petz catz 2 is having a ginger cat named butters because for some reason i thought that my parents had a ginger cat named butterz

i hope tommorrow i'll be a little more productive but i kind of have to so I can get ready for my summer class
ohyeah, i wanted to make a suselle playlist, and i thought the song lunch by billie eilish would be a unique choice and it would kind of fit. but then i learned what that song was actually about so i just decided against it

Holy crap I was a years-long murder mystery player! Are you talking about Hypixel's Murder Mystery by any chance? (I deleted my Minecraft account due to guild pressure sadly, but I had an impressive profile!)

That was also the only game I played!!! Ahhh I'm so happy to see someone with the same experience hehehe. I should start playing again, but idk if my computer is good enough for that nowadays. (I have a new account). I was obsessed with collecting all the achievements and cosmetics, and I took hundreds of screenshots of the game.. Wonder if I still have those at all!
Also it's okay, I've at least made my peace. I think I was just intimidated by it because it was kind of a high-profile-ish group. I also got tied up in friendships I felt intimidated by haha
Idk if you talk more about Murder Mystery on your profile, or if you have anything else to say about it, but I'd love to reminisce hehe! Any stories/things you liked to do? (No pressure to answer btw, you can just read if you want.)
My favorite victory animation was Cold Snap, and I had the Merry Wind particle effect. I had a certain brand that I stuck to at the time.

YOU SHOULD START PLAYING AGAINNN it's so fun!!! I'm not super into guilds or leveling up or cosmetics and stuff on hypixel that much, but i LOOOVE the cosmetics regardless.. not sure about my favourite ones, but yours sound so cute and Christmas -y, all the ones I picked out I made Christmasy too.. i have a brand as well XD though, i don't think anyone has noticed yet.... i have that undertale death screen though because i have a problem . I think it's called Bad Time
I like finding as many hiding spots as possible and trying to guess who the murderers are .. as for stories, one time I got into a party with some random people. I think I got online at like 10 am that day and we played murder mystery until like MIDNIGHT or something crazy like that and I fizzled out by the end. I wasn't even typing and I almost dropped out and i kept doing other stuff, i wasn't even playing haha

Oh my goodness that sounds like quite the play session! I haven't played Murder Mystery for that long at once before, as I like to take frequent breaks between gaming. I hope it was a fun day though.
Sorry for my late reply, I passed out.
I played the game every day, at least long enough to get my daily quests in. I also loved being an innocent, but my strategy was less hiding and more gold-collecting. I loved being the deputy detective, basically. I think my favorite thing to do in the game was killing, but being murderer and detective was like you put it very nervewracking for me sometimes. Also my friends expected me to spare them for some reason, like no that's why we're playing!!! Don't spare me either!! hahaha.
Also yes, I remember the bad time card! Mine was the portrait one I think (I forget the name but it was a cool one)
One really funny story that I still have because I preserved it in a discord screenshot years ago:
Before that I primarily played this game called Minecraft Murder, which unfortunately closed down forever. But, it was where I first started learning Portuguese due to an American-Brazilian server merger, and everybody hated it because the bilingualism made communication difficult. I loved it though, and I have fond memories of MCM.
By the way if you wanna we can take this to IM's! Mostly for convenience hehe, I don't wanna blow up your comments or anything
