I'm in a technical high school, I'm studying to become a technical programmer but the thing is that if i want the degre I fuking have to do 480 hours of social services because is "a form of repayment the things the country gave me" THE COUNTRY DIDN'T GIVE ME SHIT, MY PARENTS AND I DID
So I have to chose where I have to do it but man I don't want to do nothing, is horrible, I don't want to choose and my parents don't agree on anything, my dad says I should pay someone to act like I did something and my mom says I should do it in a very specific thing but idk idk i just want to do my things without the work, school already drowns my soul and I don't want to work for freeeee

480 hours is actually insane—what I did was volunteer at a Animal Shelter and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I don’t know for sure but there are ways you can volunteer online if you don’t feel like going out anywhere. Another thing I did was convince my parents to pay me for volunteering-and although It wasn’t much($2/hour) I made $80 from my work so at least it felt like I was doing something for something. Here in my country(mexico) Is not online allowed anymore, and the only ones I can choose are government related, and from what I heard they only thanks u and give u some food if you're lucky, idk what to I have to start the next semester or I won't be capable of getting my degree

Ah that sucks Im sorry. Is there anything else beside government stuff? And does it have to be from a business? For some, you can help a neighbor and they can mark down how many hours you helped them. I was given a tracking sheet but idk for you.
