There isn’t a specific tab to build a layout but if you go to the “layouts” tab you can grab one from there and customize off of that. Also, if you see one you like you could ask the creator if they would be able to make you one—be nice tho. But if you can’t find one, there are a lot of YouTube vids you can watch to try and learn HTML and CSS, that’s what I did and for a small thing like a SpaceHey page it’s not as difficult as it seems. Although it does take time ngl. Some YouTubers I recommend are,
