warn for flashing lights and eye-straining effects and other potentially inaccessible features or you will not see the gates of heaven. alright. do you hear me. i keep seeing websites that have honest-to-god strobe lights with no prior warning. i dont even have a sensitivity to flashing lights and they make me click away can you imagine if flashing lights DID affect me

As someone who loves putting flashing lights on my creations I really support this. If there wasn't a possibility to add a warning or just making it subtle at the very least. I would just pick something else that isn't flashy, or I would edit the gif to make it fade between gifs using Ezgif.
