decided that maybe ill post some of the interesting websites i find each week on here, since i love web trawling!

myabandonware.com and all other abandonware sites - sites devoted to abandonware, aka games that cannot be legally obtained anywhere as of right now and do not get any official support, usually due to them being for outdated consoles and hardware or just because the developer isn't around or doesn't want to invest energy in them. this consists of mostly older games, we're talking the 2000s here. if you've been in the mood for retro gaming and want to find something interesting, there's a lot of unusual finds here.

crooked timber - a blog that seems to be dedicated to the thoughts of different people. a lot of interesting commentary on here, ranging from things like photography, to discussions on environmentalism, to criticizing debates on altruism and political divisions. very very interesting place.

the 512KB club - a directory of sites that are, altogether, no more than 512KB big. there's a lot of neat things to find here, and, if you're up to the challenge, maybe make your own 512KB site. or check out its sister site, the 1MB club!

toms toys - a bunch of fun online gizmos created by one guy. do pollock-lite-esque-whatever oil paints! do one-line art! do puzzles! play on the piano! do a maze! the opportunities are endless!

koshka's kingdom - a personal website of a guy who is a self-described "devotee of many things who misses the free, wild, and creative Web of olde, and is grateful for the opportunity to recreate it in my own little space"  very very very cool place!!!!!! lots of different pages to explore including a links directory, a page on the goddess bast, games, and horror
