The 420 Report for June: Green Lantern! :D

Welcome, fellow humans, to the the June 420 Report! :D

I have to say, when my plug told me the name of the strain I was already impressed! Green Lantern was one of my faves as a kid, and having Ryan Reynolds play him in the movie worked, in my opinion anyway. But enough of that, let's get down to the herb!

The buds are medium sized, pretty dense. The color is a green/brown with lots of tiny red hairs and lil crystals of THC! It has it's own smell, very terpene forward. Almost citrus, almost floral, but none of them really, it just smells like good weed!

Leafly has something to say about it: "Green Lantern is a mostly sativa strain whose undocumented history poses frustrations for genetic enthusiasts. While some rumors mark the 1960s as Green Lantern’s beginning, others tell us that Green Lantern is a newer strain that resulted from crossing Green Crack and White Rhino. Whatever its parentage may be, Green Lantern inherits mellow euphoric effects and a peppery pine aroma comparable to that of Jack Herer. Its aroma suggests the presence of caryophyllene and pinene, which are terpenes that fight inflammation and promote focus."  Well all righty then.

The buds are dense as I mentioned but they grind well. They're still a little sticky too! Noice! Loading it into glass for a clean first hit...

Thick smoke, kinda sour tasting at first but a good aftertaste. And it wastes no time coming on, either. Like a true superhero it's on the job right away! Nice lift, pleasant buzz, good body buzz too...  Yup! That'll work! :D

So if you're a dude or damsel in distress, do yourself a solid and pick up some Green Lantern. A few tokes and you'll feel super yourself! X)
