Backstory:

Kestrahla Hava and her powers are relics of an era long past gone. One of the very few users of lost magic, her role is one of prestige.

Kestrahla’s role as the Zaren Family’s royal guard dates back to the ancient origins of Zarenistan, when the original Zaren Family in El-Nur City needed protectors, assigning such tasks to the Hava Family, who was able to wield magic, eventually being branded the “Wind Sentinels”.

The Wind Sentinels are sworn protectors of the Zaren, constantly saving them from assassination attempts, and being sent on dangerous missions, they were the elite.

This leads back to Kestrahla. She’s the most recent member of the Hava family and protector of the Zarens; most feel like she can’t do much in a time where technology replaces the mystical, proven wrong when the Zaren Family sent her out during the insurgencies by the Miranistan Unity Movement, although she had no “Modern” weapons like guns, her magic was just as effective.

During her deployment, she met a certain commander which she took an interest in for whatever reason: Radiyya Firman of the Miranian Guard. Neither of them knew why, but they just felt a little something between them.

After the incursions, she was sent back to live with the Zaren Family, enjoying the luxuries of being part of the Royal Family, although a little bit of her wants her to be a little more free, like the birds over the continent.

And maybe, just maybe, see Radiyya again.
