MY BLOG - Family Holiday At Pulau Pinang

For the holidays, my family planned a trip to Pulau Pinang. I've never been here before, so I'm really excited!

Yesterday we went to The Habitat Penang Hill. Even though we didn't see a lot of animals, we did see a variety of plants! We learnt about the climate, endangered plants, insects and more. My brother came across a Sunda Colugo. It was showing friendly behaviour, so my brother took a lot of pictures of him with it. We ended the day by witnessing the beautiful sunset on the highest observation platform in the park. I'm hoping we can stop by here again someday!

I'm currently in Entopia, a butterfly farm. We were supposed to arrive here by noon. However, the traffic was bad, thus delaying our journey by a few hours. Even though our day started off bad, it was quickly uplifted when we were greeted by the beautiful scene of flowers and butterflies. We first participated in the 'butterfly race' where we have to discover and take pictures of specific butterflies in a specified period of time. We were tired from running around, but we won the challenge! Right now, we're in the silkworm sanctuary. The guide taught us about how we domesticated silkworms and the creation of silk. It's a wonderful experience!

For tomorrow's agenda, we're planning to go shopping at Gurney Paragon Mall. My mom wants to buy new clothes and school appliances for us. We initially plan to watch a movie, but we're still contemplating on it. Our journey here so far was a wonderful experience, I definitely recommend you guys to spend a holiday here!
