Intro+info about me for friends/mutuals

Intro

I wasn’t sure if I was gonna make this since it seems sort of pointless to me but hey there, my name’s Statiscit but I also go by nicknames. A lot of my friends on Discord seem to prefer to call me Stat for short but I also like Static as a nickname.

Interests

Some of my interests include (but are not limited to):

• Physical media (I collect CDs and cassettes, vinyls are cool but they’re expensive and inconvenient)
• Films (I watch anything as long as it’s enjoyable, check out my Letterboxd for more info on this matter)
• Liminal spaces (An old interest but I find things that evoke fear and comfort quite interesting)
• Submerged animatronics
• Music (I listen to a variety of genres dating back from stuff from the 50s until today)
• Drawing (I draw digitally and traditionally however I’m terrible at either)
• Early internet aesthetics (Frutiger aero, frutiger metro, flash games, etc)
• Topics regarding different subcultures 
• Books (I don’t read super often but I love it regardless)
• Old tech (I own a digicam and plan on getting a camcorder in the near future)
• Fashion sort of (I am not the most stylish person but I find 60s fashion and those influenced by it quite adorable, alternative fashion is also really cool)

DNI and regarding friend requests

I don’t have a specific DNI, most of it is pretty basic stuff. I’ll accept friend requests from whoever I want to but I will say that I am quite selective on it so if I happen to not accept your friend request try not to take it too personally. I hope you understand.

Other stuff

I try not to be on here super often as I have my own life to manage, school and stuff gets in the way. I personally don’t use IM much on this platform but I will try my best to reply if u send me a message. On blogs occasionally I will post on random topics. I may come off as someone whoa bit serious sometimes but I know when to joke around and will be friendly if you treat me as so. Uh that’s it I guess, might edit this sometime.
