DVD Player in a Modern PC?

I'm not sure if I put this in the right category, but anyway

I've never been that good with computers, but me and my roomie got a desktop to play games on, so I promised myself I'd take good care of this one, try to keep dust out of it and figure out how to upgrade it and whatnot.

First upgrade I knew I wanted was to install a CD/DVD player. The more I look into it though, the less sure I am that I can even install one? Like, they make external ones that you can plug up via bluetooth, but I really want to install a normal one. It seems like there's supposed to be a sort of... "box" that it slides into and you put some screws both into the case and in the disk drive to keep it in place. The only thing like that this PC has is like... slots to add more graphics cards, it looks like. Ngl, I thought this would be a really simple sort of "first PC customization", but maybe not.

The computer we got is the Prebuilt Gaming PC GLX 99614 from Cyberpower PC. Maybe I could try to like... build out through the top?? Honestly, it'd probably be best just to get one of the external USB ones... maybe the first "real" upgrade should just be increasing the number of USB ports lol
