cw - mention of food (for e-ds) and bad bpd headspace (if needed)
gonna do these instead of posting on tt since i feel more comfortable here, anyway, gonna start doing these 'day in the life things' since ill go insane if i don't talk about my issues or my life somewhere. I don't care if ya'll read these or not, i just want them to be here
3/10 day so far. got triggered during english (favorite subject.. my new teacher is an a$$), but thankfully of my friend kept me sane. got triggered again by my ex (former fp), thankfully my irl friends are knowing of the situation and knows about my bpd so they're patient and accepting when i start to spiral, very very grateful for them 3. Kept going back and forth between upset & angry to calm and fine. didn't do anything during my art class since i'm writing this and i was calming down for 2 hours. but the 3 of them having been trying to keep me calm throughout the whole 2 hours, one of them eventually did (still very very grateful for all of them). but now im gonn probably take the bus home and take a nap otw. maybe work towards pulling boothill (hsr) then go home, chug redbull, inhale powdered donuts and hang out w 2 of the 3 friends later (the third lives far away :(( ), hope everyone has a good day <3
