idk if I hate my best friend or not

I am not a social person but 1 year ago I find this girl and we became best friend we had a good relationship until yesterday. we were in call and I told her that I made a new friend hoping that she would be happY for me but after I told her that she became cold and started being mean to me i was about to cry so I ended the call and told her that she was being really mean and she should at least say sorry but NO she decided that it was MY fault and so I asked sorry cuz I didn't wanted to start a drama  but then I still wanted her to say sorry at least for insulting me and not only she refuseto do it she also told her mother what happened and her mother said that she would call my mom if I didn't exuse( btw I don' have anyone at home cuz my mom is in hospital with my brother and my dad is on a work trip) and I still want to be frieds but still I hate her . what should I do??
