Pay attention

Please don’t stray away from the path of the Lord, if you feel an urge to pray, please do it because there is another force that doesn’t want you to pray. The devil wants you to have an empty prayer life so that you forget about the Lord, but please don’t. And if you pray, don’t do it because you “have to” or a “task” the Lord wants to have an honest relationship with you from your heart, he knows your intentions and he wants to personally know you. 

The Holy Spirit is Good and he wants us to have an active prayer life with our Lord Jesus, meaningful and deep prayers from the heart that are just not coordinated words that are meant to give us salvation. Salvation comes from our faith, not how many times we pray, not from our good works or how good we think we are. At the end of the day we will forever be sinners and that’s the way it is, but we are saved sinners when we believe in Jesus.

So please study the Bible regularly, just take a few minutes out of your day to study the Lords word, meditate on it but more importantly, apply it to your life. For example, giving and being generous is a great way to contribute to doing something positive and it glorifies the Lord that you have done something good instead of evil!! Or letting go of grudges for example. The sooner you pray to the Lord and study the Bible, the better your life will be when you accept the Lord into your life or if you already have, stay on this track and don’t leave it. The world is full of bad things and Jesus is our solution.
