Every time I write a post containing an image it says it posted, but then its just not there. What's up with that?

I am having this same problem. Many people say they have no issues posting images but I am unable to at all, other than my profile photo. I think maybe a bug or something with the site that hasn't been found/worked out yet. I just don't know.
My old blog had TONS of photos. It helps to tell the story or make the point or whatever. Oh well.
