Physical pain due to nightmares...is this shit normal ??

Have you experienced that the nightmares you dream about affect your body?...

For seven years, I have been suffering from this annoying and painful type of nightmares, where I feel helpless in the dream, and I remain conscious and aware of what is around me that I am sleeping, but I am stuck in my sleeping body...a feeling of distress and fear that I will not be able to wake up. And panic, and this is not the painful part about these dreams.

Every time I enter this state of sleep, I know what will happen from that moment, but my body is frozen, as if I am paralyzed, as I cannot move even my finger. I try with difficulty to move and wake up, but as always, to no avail, and in the dream there is something always screaming and making a sound. A sharp screech in my ears, which is a very annoying and painful, painful, PAINFULL sound... and I mean that, it is very painful in reality. The last time I was in this strange dream state was two days ago... when I tried to force myself to wake up. I couldn't, my body was paralyzed... The only part I could move at that moment was my jaw and the reason was that I was trembling from fear and pain... and I remained like this for about half an hour before I was able to force myself to wake up completely... I stayed awake all night until sunrise. To ease the anxiety I was feeling....

I really want one logical explanation as to why this is the case and is there anyone else suffering from what I am suffering from??

This is definitely not normal, and needs medical help. It could by psychological, physical, or maybe a combination of both. I don't know what on Earth can make you feel the physical sensations you've been having, but PTSD can give you bad nightmares related to your trauma. I'm just a rando on the internet, please go consult a doctor.
