to change the way your profile looks, you'll need to use css
there's some tutorials online that can explain it much better than i can, so i suggest you search for those and check them out
you can also find a lot in the layouts section, you can take them wholesale or take parts from them and change them around a bit to make it your own
you might wanna stay away from recent layouts, as some people love to spam gore in there :( luckily the community swiftly gets to work making a ton of layouts warning ppl abt it and they seem to get deleted in like a day

Start by using the "Layouts" section at the top.
You can then tinker with what you get by editing things like the backgrounds and other addons.
Knowing HTML would help but even I, being nearly 20 years out of practice, am picking it back up pretty well.
