Lately I haven't been able to concentrate on my studies at all, even though I'm taking fewer classes now. Now I go to school only for consultations on subjects, which I will take literally in 2 days. The first will be the history of Belarus..... 25 tickets...I know at most 5, if not less.....Hmmmm, I think it’s time for me to stop wasting time sleeping for 3 hours, but now it’s so hot and stuffy, I come and immediately take a shower, and after lunch I really want to sleep. What should I do????
I’ll say right away that an alarm clock will not help me. If I fall asleep, then everything is already lost. Even if you redecorate my room, I won't wake up.

Sleep is super important for retention of knowledge, for when you sleep, your brain replays what you learned during the day, reinforcing what it is you learned.
I recommend cutting out other unnecessary things to ensure you get a good night's rest, if your studies are important enough to you.
