Well,yk.. The reason is kinda depressing, but I don't clearly remember if this it is the actual reason. Because it's a whitening "beauty" cream and because some cultures are being taught that their skin color is disgusting and dirty,I suppose they put famous people who have light skin on their packaging like a way to teach them something like "Hey, she's famous, beautiful and rich because she has white skin!!Having the opposite skin color isn't a sign of wealth!!", probably something similar. I remember seeing a documentary about it..
