I was just chilling on discord, texting on some random servers, and THEN, I get a dm from my friend, telling me that he "accidentally reported" my account and asked me to contact some guy named "Danny Duong", where he told me that this guy was the "certified developer" on discord. And of course, my dumbass fell for that scam and contacted him, where he told me to "state my date of birth, country that I live in and my personal email", which was WAY too personal for a simple account to fix, then he told me to change my email into some random email that I don't even know, remove my 2FA, and then he entered my account. I'm just posting this whole thing to warn y'all, if y'all have discord and you see one of your friends texting you that they "accidentally reported" your account, do not fall for this bs.

Dude you actually saved me,
A friend sent me this exact message, i was about to talk with this "Danny duong" but then i felt something was wrong, so i quickly searched up his username and here we are now.
I mean, it was a little suspicious at the beginning because, what kind of dev has dannyduong5mlive as his username?
Nevertheless thank you so much
Lol, youre welcome sorry for the late reply btw

I tried to contact and appeal to discord support, but to no avail, the scammer changed the email address. But I did create a new account tho.
