disturbing anime recs plz

ive been looking for a anime that will really disurb me but i have not found any yet, ima put down the list of disurbing(and what other people think is/google says) animes ive watched so you dont recommend one i watched(sorry if this soudnds mean im not trying to be, also i probally will not remeber all the shows/movies i watched). i also really like anime with gore and psychological(horror) anime. ill also be adding ones that i have on my list to watch and still watching(l will mean on list, s will mean still watching, ss means s but i stoped watching for some reason, and ssw means ss but wanting to get back in). sorry this is overcompicated(i kinda like to sort things) also u can still recommend me ss ones.
