panic! at the disco and why i cry :P

okay so p!atd makes me sob. and im not talking about their - well, HIS last two albums. im talking about what led up to them.

help okay that sounded soo serious but honestly idk how else to phrase it. ANYways. i could talk about panic! lore for hours like genuinely. and nobody is gonna read this but idc i just want this to be out there.

panic's album 'a fever you cant sweat out' literally changed my life and im not even exaggerating. this album introduced me to so many other artists and bands at a young age e.g. fall out boy which honestly shaped me to the person i am today.

people seem to forget how influential early panic! was, and still is; their whole aesthetic during the afysco era, and even the p.o era built up their fanbase and even though theres such a different vibe between the two albums, they still remain to be fan favourites (im not talking about the weird p.o haters..). and going back to fob, panic! literally got signed by them thanks to ryan sending their demo songs to pete wentz through livejournal, which was what kickstarted their career.

afycso is such an iconic album within the pop punk music genre and it literally has NO skips. and i think this is because of ryan's lyrics and brendons voice. honestly if i was a diehard fan back in 05 or 06 and someone told me that panic! would break up 3 or 4 years later, i wouldnt believe you. they were such a strong band and even after ryan and jon left, vices and virtues up to doab still lived up to the expectations of the band i think. but thats where p!atd shouldve ended, in my opinion.

knowing that ryan and brendon were so so so so close with eachother and the fact that they just lost contact after the split absolutely kills me and im not even exaggerating. and the way brendon talks about ryan in interviews years later and how he still remains to talk about him with a saddened smile is so sad..

also dont get me started on northern downpour oh my god.
