I wish I could go back in time

The time I first said "you are mine"

Now broken is the holy bond 

of words that once to me belonged

Why you now made up your mind

Oh, I must have been so blind 

You were a person of a kind

"Alright" is what you said to me

Right in love but ready to flee

Earned my trust, fought common sense

My personal business in your hands

Nothing that separates your soul from mine

Even the distance of our minds 

We’re tied together by a bond

To find you I’ll go above and beyond 

"Why?", you are asking. You’re not fond?
