S'mores Cookies

My sister has given a new dessert book with tons of recipes in it for my birthday. With so many options to choose from I let my little brother pick out what I should make first. He pointed to the picture of graham cracker cookies topped with melted marshmallow and chocolate and said he wanted that one. Here's how it turned out.    

I made the graham cracker cookies while my brother helped with the toppings. We had all the ingredients ready to go, however our marshmallows were a bit stale so they didn't brown very well. Other than that, they turned out Great and were all eaten in only a few minutes.

I actually baked these awhile ago but I've been pretty busy and kinda forgot I made an account here. I plan to make a lot more sweets in the future though I'm still a little new to baking from scratch.
