                             Outside Of Class

Outside of class a young one will learn of pain

Will learn of ears closed to them

Will come to know of backs turned against them

Outside of class a young one will learn how to hide hurts of life inside and keep things silent

Outside of class a young one will learn of the absence of caring hearts and the presents of able bodied men and women with no will to lift a finger to better the world they will grow in

Outside of class a young one will learn to live through traps, obstacles, dead ends, and will face ugliness yet learn to somehow smile anyway

Outside of class a young one will learn to be strong for the future of us and will learn to set an example for ones older and younger than them

Outside of class a young one will learn of what they have in them that isn't bought or taught and will know with or without a degree how to school someone
