I'm new to Gal and I really like Hime Gyaru fashion but I don't know where to buy clothes 😭 Ive tried buyee but nothing there appeals to me. Please let me know where yous shop if your also Hime gal or just gal is general

you could try places like depop, mercari, poshmark and look for brands like liz lisa (usually the most affordable), princess melody, jesus diamante, ect. i also reccomend looking on wunderwelt for used jesus diamante pieces but there usually isnt many that scream hime gyaru on there and the pieces tend to sell out, the pieces tend to be super cheap though!! not sure about shipping prices though i personally havent gotten anything from there yet. princess melody is still around but not hime gyaru its like jirai kei or something so i reccomend looking for secondhand pieces, kei market is also a good place to see princess melody!! with kei market you kind of have to check often since stuff comes and goes a lot.
im sure you can find more stuff on jp mercari and stuff like that but shipping tends to be a ton more since its from japan, i tried to order a mm cd and the actual product was $16 but the shipping was like $40...

I see a lot of jp mercari you just have to use keywords 姫ギャル=himegyaru
姫系=hime kei
マーズ=ma*rs
リズリサ=liz lisa
プリメロ=princess melody
トゥララ=tralala
ラパフェ=la pafait
Also it's kinda expensive but you will find real brands there.
